1 egg
1 cup fresh spinach
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/4 ounce cheddar cheese
1 small bagel

Recipe Directions for Egg and Spinach Breakfast Sandwich

Heat olive oil in pan. Add spinach, saute until wilted and bright green. Push to side of pan. Add egg and cook as desired. Top with cheese, then spinach. Place on toasted bagel.
