Recipe Ingredients for Egg and Spinach Breakfast casserole

8 medium Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 cup Spinach
3 slice, large (4-1/2" x 3-1/4" x 3/4") Bread, Italian
1 serving Garlic Salt
4 spray , about 1/3 second (1 NLEA serving) Original Cooking Spray
4 slice (1 oz) Colby Cheese

Recipe Directions for Egg and Spinach Breakfast casserole

  1. Spray baking dish with Pam.

  2. Place all ingredients in dish: cubed italian bread, cubed colby cheese, diced raw spinach, seasonings.

  3. Scramble eggs with milk and pour over bread mixture.

  4. Set over night. Bake 350 until done.
