Recipe Ingredients for Egg Scramble

1 egg
1 mushroom, sliced
1/4 c spinach, chopped
1/8 c tomato, chopped
1 T Sour cream
1 t mild salsa

Recipe Directions for Egg Scramble

  1. Spray skillet with Pam.

  2. Saute mushroom, spinach, and tomato until heated through.

  3. Whisk egg and add to skillet.

  4. Stir until egg's cooked through.

  5. Top with salsa and sour cream.
