2 eggs
2 egg whites
1 cup kale
1/2 cup red onion
1 tomato
1 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon basil

cook onion in oil, add eggs, add kale turn off heat add ground flax seed salt pepper and tomatoes. Toss the basil on top and eat!
