1 tbsp oatmeal
1 egg
1/2 tsp butter
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 tbsp sliced almond

Recipe Directions for Egg scramble/crepe spinach ricotta almond

  1. -Cook 1 tbsp oatmeal with water in microwave

  2. -Steam spinach in mic

  3. -Heat the ricotta or have it cold

  4. -Mix the cooked oatmeal with one egg and cook one minute in a buttered skillet (scramble or omelet/crepe style).

  5. -Take egg crepe off the burner and add spinach & ricotta. Top with sliced almonds for flavor and extra protein
