1 English Muffin
1 egg
1/4 ounce cheese
1 slice tomato
1 1/2 tablespoon avacado

Recipe Directions for Egg Sandwich

  1. Toast the english muffin.

  2. Place avacado, Tomato and cheese on 1 half of the english muffin and place under a broiler.

  3. Fry the egg and place over english muffin, put the other half of the muffin on top and serve.
