2 slices whole wheat bread
2 egg whites
1/4 cup green pepper
1 tbls onion
1 slice turkey bacon

Recipe Directions for Egg Sandwich

  1. In a small microwave safe dish. Place 2 egg whites, chopped green pepper, onion, and turkey bacon. Stir and microwave for 1 minute.

  2. While the egg is cooking toast your bread. Place egg on your toast salt and pepper to taste.
