Simple, low calorie egg sandwich filling. Adjust bread accordingly for higher or lower calorie count.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Sandwich Filling

2 large Egg, Whole
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup, chopped Onions
0.33 tbsp Real Mayonnaise
1 tbsp chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Egg Sandwich Filling

Boil eggs until 3/4 boiled. Chop onions and tomatoes. Slice onions. Add onions, tomatoes and spring onions. Shell and add in the eggs. Add mayonaise and mix with a fork, mashing the eggs as you go along. Season with salt and pepper. Place between two slices of bread and grill for 4-5 minutes.
