Recipe Ingredients for Egg sandwich dressing

6 large Egg, Whole
150 grams Yogurt, Plain, Whole Milk, 8 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
6 tbsp chopped Chives
3 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Egg sandwich dressing

  1. Boil eggs till yolk is hard and crumbles when chopped (5-7 min)

  2. Cool eggs in cold water for 5 minutes

  3. Peel and half eggs

  4. remove yolks and set aside

  5. chop the whites into approxamatly 1/2 inch pieces

  6. Mix the yolks with the yogurt and add the salt.

  7. Chop the chives into 1/2 inch pieces

  8. Gently mix the chives, whites and yolk mixture
