2 hard boiled eggs
2 teaspoon Real Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon wasabi
1 Soft 100% Whole Wheat Hoagie Roll,
4 oz Hass avocado (optional)

Recipe Directions for Egg salad toast

  1. Chop the eggs, add mayonnaise and wasabi, mix well.

  2. Cut the roll to make two equal parts, toast.

  3. Spread the egg salad on the toasts, add freshly ground black pepper if desired.

  4. Optional - add a few slices avocado.
