Recipe Ingredients for Egg Salad Sandwich

2 eggs (Ralphs 10cal/1 egg)
1 tbsp mayo (Kraft Mayo Fat-Free Mayonaise Dressing 10cal)
2 slices of bread (Reduced-calorie, Wheat, 46cal/slice)

Recipe Directions for Egg Salad Sandwich

  1. Bring water to a boil (do not fill) in a pot.

  2. Gently place 2 eggs in the pot.

  3. Remove after 20-30 minutes.

  4. Run under cold water (easier to peel).

  5. Chop or smash the eggs.

  6. Spread 1tbsp mayo on bread slices.

  7. (You cannot ruin these eggs, unless you boil all the water out of the pan. I forgot about them, and left them in for an hour! Came out perfect.)
