Recipe Ingredients for Egg Salad Sandwich

4 hard-boiled eggs
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 stalk celery
1/8 c. ranch dressing
2 t. dijon mustard
8 slices whole wheat bread

Recipe Directions for Egg Salad Sandwich

  1. Peel and chop eggs

  2. Chop celery stalk, finely

  3. Add all salad ingredients and blend

  4. Put 1/4 of the salad on bread and store the remainder for another day.
