Recipe Ingredients for Egg Salad Sandwich

2 Eggs
6 olives
1 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp onion
6 slices white bread
6 pat+1"+sq,+1/3"+high Butter

Recipe Directions for Egg Salad Sandwich

  1. Use pimento stuffed olives and freeze the bread before buttering to minimize the amount of butter you need.

  2. Pulse the hard boiled eggs, olives, ontion and mayo in a food processor for about 2 seconds and you are done.
