Recipe Ingredients for Egg salad sandwhich

18 hard boiled eggs
1 tbsp dry dill
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 cup chopped yellow onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped pickles
1 cup of reduced fat mayonnaise
1/3 cup of reduced fat mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
32 slices of whole wheat bread

Recipe Directions for Egg salad sandwhich

  1. In large sauce pan place eggs and cover with 3 inches of cold water.

  2. bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 14 minutes.

  3. drain hot water and cover eggs with ice cubes and and top with 3 inches of cold water. Let stand to completely cool; crack eggs on side of pot and let set in ice water for 5 minutes. This makes peeling the eggs much easier.

  4. Peel eggs and chop coarsely; add all ingredients and mix. Spoon on wheat bread slices.
