Recipe Ingredients for Egg salad

6 eggs, hard boiled & diced
5 T light mayo
1 T mustard
6 baby dill pickles
1 T pickle juice
1 T onion, diced

Recipe Directions for Egg salad

  1. Separate egg whites and yolks. Dice egg whites, pickles, & Onions, and mix together.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayo, egg yolks, mustard, pickle juice, and seasonings together. I like to use paprkia, salt, & Celery salt for seasonings.

  3. Mix Egg yolk mixture with Egg white mixture. serve on lettuce / as a sandwich, and enjoy!
