Recipe Ingredients for Egg salad

3 hard boiled eggs
2 1/2 T light mayonnaise
1 medium pickle
1/2 stalk celery
1 slice onion, thin
1 salt
1 pepper
1 tsp dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for Egg salad

Combine in dish. Cover and refridgerate. Serve in whole wheat pita for a 210 cal lunch!
