Diet egg salad created using a Weight Watchers recipe as a base.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Salad

2 large Egg, White
4 large Egg, Whole
2 serving Mayo Mayonnaise
9 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, Prepared, Yellow
1 small (3" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.25 medium Green Bell Pepper
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Egg Salad

Hard Boil 6 eggs. Cool and peel the eggs. Discard 2 yolks. Smash yolks and mix in all ingredients except whites. Fold in whites.
