Recipe Ingredients for Egg Salad

6 large Egg, Whole
2 serving raw Scallion
1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
1 tbsp Light Dressing
2 tbsp Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Salsa
1/4 tsp Cumin
1 tablespoon dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for Egg Salad

  1. Boil eggs and peel.

  2. add all the ingredients.

  3. Mix well, serve on bread or crackers
