Recipe Ingredients for Egg Salad

4 eggs
5 tablespoons fat free yogurt
1 Baby Carrot
1/10 onion
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Recipe Directions for Egg Salad

  1. Boil the eggs

  2. in a bowl combine a shredded baby carrot, minced onion and Fage 0% fat greek yogurt

  3. Mince the boiled eggs

  4. combine

  5. Salt and pepper to taste

  6. tastes great on a whole wheat, mulit grain, pumpernickel, or flax seed bread
