Recipe Ingredients for Egg Salad

9 organic egg, hard boiled
2 1/2 oz Hellmann?s Light
1/2 oz celery
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp marjoram
1 tsp pickle relish
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Egg Salad

  1. Dice celery fine

  2. Separate yolks into bowl

  3. Mash together yolks, mayo, vinegar, celery, spices

  4. Chop whites coarsely

  5. Mix whites into yolks
