Recipe Ingredients for Egg Salad

5 large eggs, boiled
1 tbsp mayonaise
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp hummus
1 stalk celery
1 slice onion
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Egg Salad

  1. boil eggs 10-12 minutes

  2. rinse with cold water and peel

  3. chop eggs, celery, onion

  4. mix all ingredients

  5. serve with whole wheat crackers or bread
