Recipe Ingredients for Egg Salad

4 boiled egg whites
2 boiled eggs
1/2 red bell pepper
2 tblsp red bell pepper
1/4 cup minced onion
2 tblsp mayonaise
2 tsp horseradish
1 tsp dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for Egg Salad

Boil eggs. Discard 4 yolks. chop other ingredients and mix well.
