Egg Salad used for egg salad sandwiches

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Salad

4 large Eggs
2 cups Spinach, chopped
2 tbsp lemon
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 tbsp mustard

Recipe Directions for Egg Salad

Hard boil and chop eggs. Mix all the other ingredients together with it. Serve over bread.
