Recipe Ingredients for Egg Salad

4 eggs
9 oz tofu
5 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
1/4 onion
2 tsp ground mustard
2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Egg Salad

  1. hard boil eggs

  2. squeeze most liquid out of tofu

  3. dice onion

  4. combine all ingredients in bowl

  5. mix well
