Recipe Ingredients for Egg Salad

6 hard boiled eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
12 slices wheat bread, reduced-calorie

Recipe Directions for Egg Salad

  1. hard boil and peel 6 eggs

  2. mix with 3 tablespoons hellmans mayonnaise, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  3. chill and serve on bread as sandwiches
