Recipe Ingredients for Egg Salad

8 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup Diced celery
1/4 cup of sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Onion flakes
1/2 tsp. Parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper

Recipe Directions for Egg Salad

Put chopped eggs into bowl. Add celery and relish. Set aside. In small bowl measure in remaining 7 ingredients. Stir well until blended. Pour over egg mixture. Stir lightly. Serves 8.
