Recipe Ingredients for Egg Salad

6 eggs, hard boiled
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 T. sweet pickle relish

Recipe Directions for Egg Salad

  1. Boil Eggs. Cool. Peel.

  2. Place in mixing bowl and chop w/ pastry blender.

  3. Add mayo, yogurt and pickles.

  4. Salt and Pepper to taste.

  5. Mix well.
