Egg Salad great on toasted wheat bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Salad

1 large Egg, Whole
3 large Egg, White
5 tablespoon Olive Oil Mayonnaise
1/2 cup, diced Celery

Recipe Directions for Egg Salad

Boil eggs, let cool. Remove boiled yolks saving only one for the salad. Chop egg whites with one yolk. Finely chop celery. Add mayo and other seasonings to taste.
