3 teaspoons light mayo
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/4 cup dill pickle relish
1/4 cup diced celery
1 green onion

  1. hard boil eggs

  2. combine eggs and remaining ingredients in a bowl

  3. mash the eggs and mix in with remaining ingredients

  4. serve on wheat bread with crunchy lettuce
