1 whole egg
2 egg whites
2 tsp yellow mustard
2 tsp fat free mayo
1/2 tsp black pepper

  1. Peel 3 hard boiled eggs

  2. slice 2 in half, remove yolk

  3. Combine/slice eggs as desired into a bowl

  4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
