2 t dijon mustard
2 T nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 stalk celery
1/8 t salt

  2. - peel and discard 3 yolks

  3. - in a small bowl, combine mustard, yogurt, salt and pepper

  4. - dice celery

  5. - combine all
