4 large Egg, Whole
1.5 oz Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 grams Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
0.3 tsp Paprika

Recipe Directions for Egg salad filling w greek yogurt

Boil eggs to desired hardness, then cool in cold water. Chop onions & put in bowl with yogurt, mustard, & paprika. Peel eggs, mash em into the mixture, add salt & pepper to taste.
