A really tasty healty salad low on calories and high in protein.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Salad Cremoli

1 serving Cottage cheese low sodium low fat
2 serving Cooked Egg White
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup slices Cucumber
1 serving Green peas(canned)

Recipe Directions for Egg Salad Cremoli

  1. In a salad plate spread the cottage cheese on the bottom.

  2. Cut all the vegetables and put them on the plate.

  3. In a microwave or boiling water pouch 2 egg whites and while they are still soft and creamy add them to the salad.

  4. MIx really well.

  5. The eggs will melt the cheese and the salad is ready
