My quick breakfast that I'm just about tired of.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Rollup

1 flour tortilla
1 egg
17 g cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp butter

Recipe Directions for Egg Rollup

  1. heat up tortilla on one side

  2. remove tortilla from pan

  3. put butter (or cooking spray) on pan

  4. crack egg into pan

  5. place tortilla on egg and press down (spreading the egg across the tortilla

  6. let egg cook all the way through

  7. flip and cook other side of tortilla

  8. grate cheese on egg

  9. add salt or pepper if desired

  10. roll up and eat
