can leave out the sausage and they are yummy too.

Recipe Ingredients for egg rolls

1 head cabbage
2 carrots
3 celery stalks
2 cups mushrooms sliced
1/2 onion diced
3 tbs chopped garlic
1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
1 lb sausage
1/4 cup crisco
30 wonton wrappers
1/4 cup cooking wine
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbs brown sugar

Recipe Directions for egg rolls

cook sausage and drain well. chop, slice and grate vegetables. add all other ingredients except wrappers and crisco. cook for 10-20 minutes on medium heat. add about 2 spoon fuls of mixture to wrapper, try to keep the juce out. wrap the eggroll according to instructions on packaging. fry in crisco (or any vegetable oil) for about 3 minutes, drain and serve.
