Recipe Ingredients for Egg Rolls

1 cabbage head
2 carrots
1 scallion
1 tsp ginger
1 tbls soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbls sesame oil
1 celery stalk
1 tsp black pepper
12 wonton wrappers

Recipe Directions for Egg Rolls

  1. stir fry onions in a large skillet with sesame oil

  2. shred cabbage, carrots, fresh ginger and celery

  3. Add vegetables to pan and cook until soft.

  4. Let cook. Wrap in wonton wrappers and deep fry until wrapper is golden brown.
