Very delicious egg roll wraps. 107 calories a roll. There about 12 serving aproximately 2 rolls. Serve with steamed brown rice,veggies,and a dip of your chioce. It i a great finger food when you have company over or have a larger family.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Roll Wraps

2 lb ground beef
24 egg roll wraps
2 grated carrots
4 cloves garlic
1 cup fish sauce
2 tbsp pepper
2 1/2 cups oil
1 large egg

Recipe Directions for Egg Roll Wraps

  1. Each roll is about 107 calories each but pretty filling.

  2. Take you beef mix in egg,pepper,fish sauce,grated carrots,and your garlic chopped fine. Let it marinate for about an hour. Take your oil and let it heat up in a large sized wok or frying pan,or even a deep fryer. Cook until it is dark golden brown,or the inside it fully cooked and egg roll isn't doughie. Makes 24-26 rolls.

  3. To minimize the salt use half of the fish sauce and use lemon or lime.
