1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
1 serving Crumbled Bacon Bits
1 serving English Muffin
1 slice Deli Style Sliced Provolone Cheese

Recipe Directions for Egg & Provolone EM Sandwich

  1. Break egg into cast iron skillet.

  2. Sprinkle with bacon (1 Tbsp) and pepper.

  3. Toast English Muffin, lightly spread butter on both halves if desired.

  4. Flip when bottom is cooked through. Top with cheese, cover pan if quick melt is desired.

  5. Make into sandwich.
