Recipe Ingredients for Egg and Potato Salad

8 large Egg, Whole
3 cup Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
8 tbsp Mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Egg and Potato Salad

dice potatoes with skin. boil eggs and potatoes until potatoes are soft. In a bowl, mix mayo,relish and mustard. Peel hard boiled eggs and dice. Mix with mayo mixture. Drain potatoes and add to the mixture.
