Veggie lasagna. No need to pre-cook the noodles.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg plant lasagna w/ mushroom, onions, garlic

180 g lasagna noodles
90 g onion, sliced
20 g garlic, chopped
250 g ricotta cheese
40 g mushrooms, sliced
300 g eggplant, sliced, boiled
250 ml bechemel sauce
400 g spaghetti sauce
250 g gouda cheese
100 ml water

Recipe Directions for Egg plant lasagna w/ mushroom, onions, garlic

Layer everything however you want. Top with gouda cheese. Bake at 300 for 45 minutes.
