A low-carb pizza dough that is more like a quiche but is pretty good for an Atkins dieter craving pizza.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Pizza Dough

4 ounces cream cheese
4 eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon chives
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Egg Pizza Dough

Whip everything together except for the mozzarella cheese. Save that for the bottom of a 13x9 baking pan that has been oiled, and then pour the the mixture over and bake for 30 minutes at 375. Then add your pizza toppings and tomato sauce and more mozzarella cheese and bake until it looks like a pizza.
