Recipe Ingredients for Egg Pancake

0.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
0.5 cup Enriched Unbleached White Flour
0.33 teaspoon Baking Powder
12 tsp Pure Granulated Sugar
4 medium Egg, Whole
3 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Egg Pancake

  1. Blend dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Heat skillet or oven to 400* -- if using oven, heat baking pan before use.

  2. Blend wet and dry ingredients well. Allow butter to melt in skillet/pan before pouring mixture in.

  3. Pour mixture into pan or skillet and bake at 400* for 5 min. Reduce temp to 350* for another 5 min of baking. Finally reduce temp to 300* and bake for 20 min.

  4. Remove from oven or uncover skillet and sprinkle heavily with cinnamon.

  5. Serve with an additional sprinkling of sugar, powdered sugar and/or maple syrup. Can also be served with berries and whipped cream.
