Quick and easy, But sooo filling! (Use 1 serv. of Turkey slices- c-c wouldn't let me put it in and ICBINB light) I also used half a Low carb, low fat pita bread- Toufayan makes great ones only 130 cals in whole pita!)

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Omlette

2 fl oz egg beaters
40 g sliced tomato
60 g sliced mushroom
1/2 tsp margarine
30 g turkey
24 1/2 g pita bread

Recipe Directions for Egg Omlette

  1. Heat ICBINB in skillet, add sliced tomato sliced mushrooms and turkey slices.

  2. Saute for 4-5 mins. until soft

  3. Add Egg beater over vegetables.

  4. Cook for 1-2 mins

  5. Serve in toasted pita.

  6. Enjoy!
