Nice egg thingy with Brussels sprouts and tomatoes. Take it from me, i hate Brussels sprouts but this is very good :]

Recipe Ingredients for EGG OMELETE [low calories]


Materials :
2 Egg Whites
2 Brussels Sprouts
1 Tomato

Recipe Directions for EGG OMELETE [low calories]

  1. Cut and use 1/4 of tomato and cut into small pieces.

  2. Cut bitter center out of Brussels sprouts and then cut remaining part into small pieces.

  3. Lightly spray small or skillet pan with pam.

  4. Turn heat to high/medium.

  5. Put in egg whites.

  6. Put Brussels sprout and tomato pieces on egg.

  7. Wait until side it cooked to your liking.

  8. Flip over.

  9. Push the eggs together when it is about done cooking.

  10. Turn off heat when done.

  11. Put a little lite salt and pepper.

  12. Viola, enjoy.
