Recipe Ingredients for egg omelet

1 egg
1 egg white
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup green pepper, diced
1 tomato, diced

Recipe Directions for egg omelet

spray skillet with pam, add onions and green peppers and saute. Whip egg and egg whites together and pour into hot skillet on top of vegetables. Add tomato after egg is almost set.
