Three eggs, green pepper, green onion, black forest ham, mexican 4 cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Omelet w/ peppers,onion,ham & Cheese

3 large Egg, Whole
1 1/2 oz Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/2 oz Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 7/10 oz Black Forest Brand Smoked Ham
1 1/2 oz 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Egg Omelet w/ peppers,onion,ham & Cheese

Saute peppers, onions and ham until tender, add beaten eggs, cook until mixture starts to firm, add cheese, fold omelet in half, continue to cook until firm all thru, turning as needed, cut in half and serve with your favorite fresh melon.
