Recipe Ingredients for Egg noodles

100 grams noodles
2 eggs
3 tsp oil
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Egg noodles

  1. Boil the noodles separately.

  2. Break the eggs, add the salt and part of the chili and turmeric powder and mix it up properly

  3. Slightly heat the oil and add the egg mix into it. Stir continuously and vigorously on low heat. Add the rest of the chili powder and turmeric powder and stir until eggs are cooked and powdery.

  4. Add the noodles and toss till the egg is mixed properly.
