Makes a terrific addition to any soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Noodles, no yokes

3 egg whites
1/4 cup 1% milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Egg Noodles, no yokes

  1. Mix egg whites and milk.

  2. Add salt and baking powder.

  3. Add flour a small bit at a time until you have a thick dough.

  4. Roll out thin (less than 1/8 inch thick) on a well-floured board

  5. Cut into strips 1/4 inch wide by 2 inches.

  6. Let dry for 12 to 15 hours.

  7. To cook, add 15 grams per serving to your soup and allow to simmer slowly for 45 min.
