Recipe Ingredients for Egg Noodle Casserole

16 ounce NO YOLKS Egg Noodles
1 pound lean ground beef
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 cup onion
2 tbsp chives
8 ounce sliced mushrooms
21 1/2 ounce condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 3/10 cups Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 cup sour cream, reduced fat
1 tsp hot pepper flakes
1 tsp fresh black pepper

Recipe Directions for Egg Noodle Casserole

  1. Cook egg noodles

  2. Brown ground beef

  3. Whisk together the condensed soup, milk and all the spices

  4. Add ground beef and mushrooms

  5. Add sour cream, stir to combine

  6. Add sauce to noodles and mix thoroughly
