1 egg (70cal) on 1 slice (100cal) Arnold's Multi-Grain bread with 1oz Great Lakes jalapeno cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg n' GL jalapeno cheese sammich on Arnolds

1 egg Eggs
1 oz Cheese
1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
0.25 tbsp Salted Butter

Recipe Directions for Egg n' GL jalapeno cheese sammich on Arnolds

Start pan on medium heat; spray with Pam/dab of butter if desired. Cover. Slice Great Lakes Jalapeno cheese into 5-6 slices totaling 1oz. Begin toasting bread. Remove lid, break egg over center of pan; breaking yolk with shell. Dust w/desired amount of salt/pepper/Old Bay. Return cover. Get toast and butter one side then cut vertically. After about 2 mins the egg will be firm; lift egg and place 1/2 slice buttered-side down in pan; place egg on top. Layer 1oz cheese over egg; place 2nd slice buttered-side up on top of cheese. press down gently and return cover. Set timer to 2 mins. After 2 mins, flip, turn off burner, re-cover and let cheese melt.
